B. Tests on non-magnetic bench

( R₁ ~ = 1.2 M ; R₂ = 47 K )
 

(1) Leg movements (under bench) ~ = +/- full scale

(2) Fist movement (direct) +/- 10” away at 10” ~ = +/- half scale

(3) Airliner above ~ = ¾ scale

(4) Placed ferrite beads in inputs to 741:

a. leg movement ~ = +/- 1/3 scale

b. fist movement ~ = +/- ¾ scale

c. right angle fists ~ = +/- 1/10 scale !

5. Charged R₂ to 15 KV

a. leg movement ~ = +/- full scale

b. fist movement (direct) ~ = +/- full scale

c. fist movement (right angle) ~ = 1/10 scale

d. circuit reacts faintly to heartbeat.

Conclusions:

(1) Some gravitational effects are present in this circuit arrangement but most effects are modulations of FM radio station.

(2) This is pretty much the conclusion of 10 years ago, also.
