oscillate around the pin (16).; At the same side, but from the
bottom of this other two-sided lever (15), a spring (4) which is
set on the carrier (5), extends. The opposite side of this other
two-sided lever (15) from the upper side over the rest (8) and
leaned against it there is a weight (10), which can move
vertically inside the space (12), being limited by a carrier (7),
and a nailing strip (13) with a measurement scale (14), being
fixed by the screws (11) to the carrier (7).

whereon are latrally set wheels (1). On the platform (2) from the
top transversally and firmly set is a frame (8) onto which are
from the top fixed a cell (12) and symmetrically two electric
motors (10) with regulators (11) for adjusting number of
revolvements. On the shafts (9) of the electric motor (10) are
fixed the pipes (6), that are from the bottom side in the same
axis by means of the pins (4) set in the platform (2), thus the
pipes (6) may revolve in horisontal plane. The pipes (6) are along
the middle separated, and in them are from the both sides set the
globes (3) diameter of which is shorter than the internal diameter
of the pipe (6). On the platform (2) by means of the screws (13)
are fixed the holders (5) whereon are firmly fixed the rings (7)
that go through horisontal crosssections set on both sides of the
pipe (6), where adjusting of the distance of the center among the
rings (7) is allowed in relation to the axis of the electric motor
(10), i.e. center of rotation of the pipe (6). Along with the idea
of the invention, by means of a regulator (11) it is possible to
change the speed and directions of rotation of the pipe (6), and
by the screw (13) to alter the size of rotation eccenter of the
globes (3) in relation to the center of rotation of the pipe (6),
as the path of the globes (3) is defined by the internal
circumference of the ring (7). As the size of the centrifugal
force of the globes (6) depends on the radius of rotation and
speed of angle, thus it is allowed to adjust the speed and
direction of motion of the wheels.

Invention of a Generator of electric energy with pendulum and
load-stones, consists from a stand (1) whereon is by means of
screws (20) fixed a support (13) and on the top of which is fixed
a pin (14). Suspended onto the pin (14), there is a semi-circular
plate (4) and thereon around the rim are fixed permanent magnets
(3). On the stand (1) and opposite to the permanent magnets (3)
there are wire turns (2) fixed and connected to a power circuit
(19). On the semi-circular plate (4), from one side, by screws
(10) is fixed a lever (9) whereon is drawn and by a screw (7)
fixed a carrier (8) with a pin (6). On the pin (6) hangs a
pendulum (5). On the stand (1) on the side opposite to the one
where there is the pendulum (5), by means of a screw (18) and
there is fixed a lever (17), and thereon are fixed two permanent
magnets (12) and (15). These permanent magnets (12) and (15) are

set, opposite to which is on the foundation (1) fixed an induction
