The Experimental
Spacetime Distortion Engine | Chance Glenn // Tim Ventura
Dr. Chance Glenn discusses warp drive physics and the
"Experimental Spacetime Distortion (ESD) Engine", a new project
using high-energy electrical discharges and laser
interferometers that may be generating spacetime distortion.
Dr. Chance Glenn is
professor of Electrical Engineering and the Provost and Vice
President of Academic Affairs at the University of
Houston-Victoria and the founder & chairman of the
Morningbird Foundation.
Dr. Glenn has decades
of experience in engineering, technology, entrepreneurship, and
higher education. He has published extensively, holds patents,
and traveled globally to speak on issues of science, innovation,
and technology.
Dr. Glenn holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University
of Maryland and a Master’s and Ph.D. degree in Electrical
Engineering from the Whiting School of Engineering at Johns
Hopkins University. He also holds a Management Development
Certificate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Experimental
Spacetime Distortion
Utilizing
cutting-edge theories from general relativity, our systems can
manipulate spacetime to facilitate faster-than-light travel.
Propellantless Propulsion
Morningbird Space is
developing methods for sustainable missions using propellantless
propulsion technologies.
Scalable and
Versatile
Suitable for a variety
of spacecraft sizes and types, from small satellites to large
manned spacecraft, ensuring versatility across different space
missions.
Experimental
Spacetime Distortion -- Pioneering Towards a Warp Drive
Morningbird Space
is at the forefront of developing propulsion techniques inspired
by the Alcubierre drive concept. This experimental approach aims
to utilize electromagnetic energy to distort spacetime around a
spacecraft, creating a bubble that allows it to travel at speeds
exceeding the speed of light, without violating the laws of
physics.

Exemplary
embodiments are directed to a system having a resonant cavity at
least partially filled with a dielectric material. The system
also includes a laser source configured to emit a laser beam
through a hole in the resonant cavity. An optical sensor
captures at least a portion of laser beam that as passed through
resonant cavity and generates a voltage based on the captured
laser beam.
