Abstract
-- Studying the physical properties of long-lived plasma formations can help us understand the nature of electrophysical phenomena in thunder clouds, the lower ionosphere, tornadoes, volcanic activity, and the associated appearance of natural plasmoids (such as ball lightning, sprites, jets, etc.). ..

Abstract-- A highly efficient Water Plasma Vortex Reactor ( PVR-W) was designed, manufactured and tested f or t he fi rst ti me [1 ]. The groundwork obtained in plasma aerodynamics, plasma-assisted combustion and LENR physics in our Centre was used in the design of this reactor. This work is a continuation of the previous research.

LENR-Experiment on Heterogenous Hydrocarbon Plasma Jet Interaction with Ni-Foil Target

Abstract  -- Heterogeneous Hydrocarbon Plasma (HHP) was used in LENR experiments in the studies [1], [2] for the first time. This HHP was created by a pulsed erosive capillary plasma generator (PG). The working erosive substance PMMA (polymethyl-methacrylate, monomer-C5H8O2) was used in this PG. This work is a continuation of the previous ones [1], [2]. A calorimetric experiment with PG and distant Ni-foil cathode has been carried out in argon atmosphere (Pst~1 Bar). It was determined that HHP consists of the carbon nano-clusters and hydrogen atoms + hydrogen ions. These species are connected with dissociation of the initial PMMA. The interaction of HHP with thin Ni-foil target (width 0.1   1 mm) has been studied in this work. HHP- jet heats, melts and evaporates this thin Ni-foil target. In a result of this interaction a small hole with diameter 1 3 mm in the Ni-foil target was burned by HHP-jet. Parameters of this hole were measured. Ni-foil weight was measured before and after the experiment also. It was revealed that the value COP was about of 5   6 in this experiment (where COP = QT/Qe, QT   thermal energy of heating, melting and evaporating of the Ni-foil-target, Qe-electric energy input for HHP-jet creation). New transmuted chemical elements Li, Al, Ca,. . . were recorded in the HHP by the optical spectroscopy method, the EDS-method and the MS ICP method.

Abstract -- Experimental results on registration of different radiations from a heterogeneous plasmoid (HP) created by pulsed-repetitive discharge in the experimental set up PVR are considered in this work. Intensive cold neutron flux, optical radiation and soft X-radiation (E<10 KeV) were measured in the HP. It was revealed that there is a high voltage threshold U d >3.8 kV in the electric discharge for stable generation of intensive cold neutron flux

Incredible plasmatron phenomena - Anatoly Klimov  //  Martin Fleischmann Memorial Project

Based on capillary discharge plasmatron work conducted in the 1980s, this work, that Anatoly Klimov discussed on the 17th June 2020, shows some phenomena that are now being understood and are likely key to the LENR/CNT process...

Longitudinal Vortex Plasmoid Created by Capacity HF Discharge
Anatoly Klimov, et al.
[ PDF ]

ABSTRACT -- This report results from a contract tasking Institute for High Temperature - RAS (IVTAN) as follows: We plan to use high voltage capacity HF plasma generator (Tesla s coil HF plasma generator) to create longitudinal plasmoid in high-speed vortex gas flow (Vf~ 100m/s and higher) and study of plasmaoid s physical properties of in this Project. There is simple tuning of longitudinal plasmoid parameters by power feedback between capacity HF power supply and this plasmoid (tuning of resonance regime). There are optimal conditions for obtaining longitudinal plasma vortex by combined discharge plasma generator: high voltage pulse repetitive generator (ionizer) and continuous high current HF generator simultaneously. These conditions are absent in arc discharge of a traditional plasmatron. So, capacity HF plasma generator is optimal one for stable longitudinal plasmoid creation in high-speed vortex gas flow. Remember that we are succeeded in generation of a longitudinal HF plasmoid (up to 2 m) in high-speed vortex airflow at M~0.8 and static pressure about Pst~1 Bar namely. Stimulated vibration-translation V-T relaxation and electronic exited energy level-translation relaxation are possible in a longitudinal non-equilibrium plasmoid. The main goal of this Proposal is a study of plasma-chemical kinetics and stimulated relaxation processes in longitudinal non-equilibrium plasmoid and their roles in vortex structure and dynamics. This Proposal is devoted to study of physical properties of longitudinal plasmoid created by capacity HF discharge in high-speed vortex gas flow at different gas flow parameters and capacity HF discharge parameters.
