Abstract
The electrostatic forces are "generated" by the interaction of polarised atoms (q) on an electric vector field (E), i.e. F=q.E, positive or negative according to the sign of (q). More than 50 years ago, when I was just a kid, the owner of a local oil field welding and machine shop got sued in Federal Court for "stealing" electricity from the 240KV power lines which passed over his property, by way of using a homemade induction coil mounted on a pole. Which in turn was wired into his electrical system, and which had been powering his business for more more than 20 years already. The court ruled that he could not be sued for taking advantage of natural physics, and dismissed the case on day one. His business continued to thrive for another 30 years until his death. ...The configuration of the device allows water to circulate in swirling eddies, in a manner similar to the much larger “thermohaline” circulation of the ocean. This circulation, combined with the sun’s heat, drives water to evaporate, leaving salt behind. The resulting water vapor can then be condensed and collected as pure, drinkable water. In the meantime, the leftover salt continues to circulate through and out of the device, rather than accumulating and clogging the system.
The new system has a higher water-production rate and a higher salt-rejection rate than all other passive solar desalination concepts currently being tested.
The researchers estimate that if the system is scaled up to the size of a small suitcase, it could produce about 4 to 6 liters of drinking water per hour and last several years before requiring replacement parts. At this scale and performance, the system could produce drinking water at a rate and price that is cheaper than tap water.
“For the first time, it is possible for water, produced by sunlight, to be even cheaper than tap water,” says Lenan Zhang, a research scientist in MIT’s Device Research Laboratory.
The team envisions a scaled-up device could passively produce enough drinking water to meet the daily requirements of a small family. The system could also supply off-grid, coastal communities where seawater is easily accessible.
Zhang’s study co-authors include MIT graduate student Yang Zhong and Evelyn Wang, the Ford Professor of Engineering, along with Jintong Gao, Jinfang You, Zhanyu Ye, Ruzhu Wang, and Zhenyuan Xu of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China.
A powerful convection
The team’s new system improves on their previous design — a similar concept of multiple layers, called stages. Each stage contained an evaporator and a condenser that used heat from the sun to passively separate salt from incoming water. That design, which the team tested on the roof of an MIT building, efficiently converted the sun’s energy to evaporate water, which was then condensed into drinkable water. But the salt that was left over quickly accumulated as crystals that clogged the system after a few days. In a real-world setting, a user would have to place stages on a frequent basis, which would significantly increase the system’s overall cost.
In a follow-up effort, they devised a solution with a similar layered configuration, this time with an added feature that helped to circulate the incoming water as well as any leftover salt. While this design prevented salt from settling and accumulating on the device, it desalinated water at a relatively low rate.
In the latest iteration, the team believes it has landed on a design that achieves both a high water-production rate, and high salt rejection, meaning that the system can quickly and reliably produce drinking water for an extended period. The key to their new design is a combination of their two previous concepts: a multistage system of evaporators and condensers, that is also configured to boost the circulation of water — and salt — within each stage.
“We introduce now an even more powerful convection, that is similar to what we typically see in the ocean, at kilometer-long scales,” Xu says...
The heart of the team’s new design is a single stage that resembles a thin box, topped with a dark material that efficiently absorbs the heat of the sun. Inside, the box is separated into a top and bottom section. Water can flow through the top half, where the ceiling is lined with an evaporator layer that uses the sun’s heat to warm up and evaporate any water in direct contact. The water vapor is then funneled to the bottom half of the box, where a condensing layer air-cools the vapor into salt-free, drinkable liquid. The researchers set the entire box at a tilt within a larger, empty vessel, then attached a tube from the top half of the box down through the bottom of the vessel, and floated the vessel in saltwater.
In this configuration, water can naturally push up through the tube and into the box, where the tilt of the box, combined with the thermal energy from the sun, induces the water to swirl as it flows through. The small eddies help to bring water in contact with the upper evaporating layer while keeping salt circulating, rather than settling and clogging.
The team built several prototypes, with one, three, and 10 stages, and tested their performance in water of varying salinity, including natural seawater and water that was seven times saltier.
From these tests, the researchers calculated that if each stage were scaled up to a square meter, it would produce up to 5 liters of drinking water per hour, and that the system could desalinate water without accumulating salt for several years. Given this extended lifetime, and the fact that the system is entirely passive, requiring no electricity to run, the team estimates that the overall cost of running the system would be cheaper than what it costs to produce tap water in the United States.

Dear Reader : On 9 October 2023, Las Vegas police & Clark County ( NV ) 'Code Enforcement' kicked in the gate w/o a valid warrant and proceeded to raze the rancho property where I was sheltering / working doing cleanup while repairing my vehicle. Everything there was looted, confiscated, towed, or scooped up and dumpstered without any regard for "rights", laws, or inventory -- including my hazardous alchemy reagents, equipment, tools, clothes, etc -- particularly, 2 laptops containing all Rex Research data, 12000+ pdf books, &c in the process of transfer & uploads, and paper notes, & stuff. The '04 Pathfinder was towed, and I was arrested for alleged 'obstruction' ( witnessing ) and released 12 hours later @ 2 a.m., dressed in rags ( cleaning the chicken coop @ the moment of invasion ), with only wallet and phone. Reconstruction has been achingly slow as I slouch towards Bethlehem. At least I'm not in Gaza yet.

In this new experiment the same TMT apparatus and generator is used at 1.86 Mc and 400W of transmit power, and the telluric transmission medium is extended into the far-field region at 27 and 70 mile field locations from the TX coil. At the 27 mile location a natural lake was used as the telluric ground connection for the RX coil, and the transmitted signal could just be received, and was shown to result from the combination of a telluric-wave component through the ground, and a radio-wave component above the ground. At the 70 mile location the sea was used as the telluric ground connection, but despite many different combinations of configuration, tuning, measurements, and instruments, the transmitted signal could not be received either through the telluric-wave or the radio-wave. The dominant transmission mode in these experiments appears to be Transverse Electromagnetic (TEM), and it is conjectured that in the more distant far-field a three coil TMT arrangement using Tesla’s extra coil may be necessary to “pull” or “draw” the transmitted signal through the coherent cavity via the Longitudinal Magneto-Dielectric (LMD) transmission mode...
The video experiment demonstrates and includes aspects of the following:
1. Portable Tesla receiver (RX) setup and tuning, using a cylindrical coil tuned in the 160m amateur radio band, for radio-wave and telluric-wave field experiments in the far-field region.
2. Telluric ground connection using a submerged aluminium metal plate, firstly in a natural lake 27 miles from the lab transmitter (TX), and secondly in the sea at 8 miles from the TX.
3. Small signal ac impedance measurements using a vector network analyser, to tune the RX Tesla coil to the series and parallel resonant modes.
4. Fine tuning to different modes, and optimal received signal strength at 1.86Mc, using a telescopic aerial at the top-end of the RX secondary coil.
5. Comparison of radio-wave and telluric-wave measurement by re-tuning the RX coil from the Telluric ground plate connection, to an ungrounded single wire bottom-end extension.
6. At 27 miles the TX signal could be received and was just audible with a TX input power in the range 20-400W. At 70 miles no audible tone could be detected at either the parallel or serial modes.
7. The lower parallel resonant mode of the RX Tesla coil was found to receive the maximum signal strength at 27 miles.

COVID Vaccine Cause Cancer – Florida Doctor
Florida doctor Dr. Joseph Ladapo, citing a study that identified a high concentration of DNA molecules in mRNA vaccines, claimed that the COVID vaccine causes cancer.
Citing worries about cancer, Florida’s Surgeon General, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, is cautioning against using the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccinations.
According to Dr. Ladapo, a Canadian study surpassed the limits established by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) by finding “billions to hundreds of billions” of DNA molecules per dose.
He expressed his concerns about the high concentration of DNA molecules in the mRNA vaccines, along with lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) used to deliver medication into human cells, in a letter dated December 6 to the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Dr. Mandy Cohen, and FDA Commissioner Dr. Robert Califf.
Dr. Ladapo expresses concern that if LNPs are as successful at delivering the vaccine’s medication to human cells, they may also transfer contaminating DNA molecules at the same time.
He refers to a 2007 FDA guidance report on the permissible limits for DNA in vaccines, which highlighted the possibility of influencing the human genes responsible for turning healthy cells into malignant ones.
The risk that this DNA integration in vaccinations poses for problems with the heart, brain, blood, kidney, liver, bone marrow, lung, ovaries, and testes, as well as the administration and injection site of the vaccine, is also covered in the report.
“DNA integration poses a unique and elevated risk to human health, and to the integrity of the human genome, including the risk that DNA integrated into sperm or egg, gametes could be passed onto offspring of mRNA COVID-19 vaccine recipients.
In a press statement, Dr. Ladapo stated, “These vaccines are not appropriate for use in human beings if the risks of DNA integration have not been assessed for mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.”
Instead of advocating for a broad rejection of all vaccinations, he is urging medical professionals to give non-mRNA COVID-19 immunizations and therapy priority while weighing the available data on vaccine dangers overall.

The total world human Intellect in its cosmoplanetary motion is neither derivative from nor some procreation of, the social movement (social-cultural historic development). It is a peculiar cosmoplanetary phenomenon in the organization and motion of the Universe Living Matter in its earth-adapted manifestation. Probably, this concept about the Intellect is most profoundly revealed in modern natural philosopny where the idea of anthropic principles is developed. That is, "the Universe should be such that according to it the existence of observers is assumed at some certain stage" ("strong" anthropic principle) and "what we expect to observe should be limited by the conditions of our existence as observers" ("weak" anthropic principle) (B. Carter). The adoption of such points of view suggests the idea that the Universe as the object of cosmogony is all that exists not in the absolute sense, but applied to a definite stage of cognition; more concretely, in the conceptual frames of a given cosmological theory or a model (S. Lem, 1968; V. V. Kazjutinsky, 1981,1986, etc). In this very aspect the astrophysicists' statement reads : "Although science is able to explain the world, the explanation of science itself should be given. The laws which provide the spontaneous evolution of the Universe were, probably, made in accordance with some very ciever plan" (P.Davis, 1989). Both the concept and the problems of the scientific picture of the world in light of what has been said is not a mere volume of scientific knowledge and its system expression. The system of thinking itself is only a "product" accessible to the contemporary "authorizing force" of the total scientific Intellect. It will be recalled that V. I. Vernadsky said (1931): "Science is a social education for all humans for in its basis lies the force of scientific facts and general conclusions equally obligatory for everyone. There is nothing like it in any other spiritual sphere of human life." Science, first and foremost, consists of living people all united by this common duty. Therefore it is theoretically quite unnecessary that its work's general results should be alien and not connected with the scientific work of the overwhelming majority of living thinking people who make up science. Scientists on the whole cannot accept either the religious or philosophic resolutions of the contradiction. They will look for the scientific one. The present state of things in science proves the prognosis that has been made. Indeed, there are more and more accumulated data and scientific researches which turn out to be unacceptable for today's firmly established intellectual scientific body. Nowadays the majority of thinking people who make up science defend their natural scientific body, created by themselves, selflessly preserving their own firmly established intellectual scale. Such is social-historic conformity to natural laws. What are the main ways of that "defence," that "democracy," in science? V. I. Vernadsky is quite right. The contradictions in the fundamental theoretical concepts are mostly resolved so that new sprouts, scientifically new crystallization points, might move into the philosophic, religious or simply isotherical horizons. The search for scientific resolution of the contradictions is often done in the same style but the other way round: new science is denounced as false science. In this case, the defenders invisibly dress themselves in an infallibile cloak of Belief, not science. In recent years, more and more scientific doubts have accumulated about Einstein's relative mechanics, quantum mechanics, and cosmogony. As is known, the scientific picture of the world was of great, but relative importance in planetary science until the end of the XXth century. At that time, planet studying and total ecological intrusion became so vast that the scientific picture of the world and its theoretical hypotheses turned into real.

Antiviral properties of cobalt(III)-complexes
Co(III)hexammine, significantly inhibited Sindbis virus replication in baby hamster kidney (BHK) cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. In plaque assays, the incubation of Co(III)hexammine with Sindbis virus resulted in a dose-dependent decrease in virus replication when measured at both 24 and 48-h post-infection. Over the concentration range of 0–5 mM Co(III)hexammine, the IC50 for the inhibition of viral replication was determined to be 0.10 ± 0.04 mM at 48 h. Additionally, when BHK cell monolayers were pretreated with Co(III)hexammine for 6 h prior to Sindbis infection, optimal cellular morphology and plasma membrane integrity were observed at 0.6–1.2 mM Co(III)hexammine. Analysis by flow cytometry confirmed that Co(III)hexammine mediated a concomitant dose-dependent increase in BHK cell viability and a decrease in the percentage of Sindbis virus-infected cells (IC50 = 0.13 ± 0.04 mM). Our findings demonstrate for the first time that Co(III)hexammine possesses potent antiviral activity. We discuss our findings within the context of the ability to further functionalize Co(III)hexammine to render it a highly specific antiviral therapeutic reagent.

Hexaamminecobalt(III) chloride is the chemical compound with the formula [Co(NH3)6]Cl3. It is the chloride salt of the coordination complex [Co(NH3)6]3+, which is considered an archetypal "Werner complex", named after the pioneer of coordination chemistry, Alfred Werner. The cation itself is a metal ammine complex with six ammonia ligands attached to the cobalt(III) ion.
Originally salts of [Co(NH3)6]3+ were described as the luteo (Latin: yellow) complex of cobalt. This name has been discarded as modern chemistry considers color less important than molecular structure. Other similar complexes also had color names, such as purpureo (Latin: purple) for a cobalt pentammine complex, and praseo (Greek: green) and violeo (Latin: violet) for two isomeric tetrammine complexes.[1]
Properties and structure
[Co(NH3)6]3+ is diamagnetic, with a low-spin 3d6 octahedral Co(III) center. The cation obeys the 18-electron rule and is considered to be a classic example of an exchange inert metal complex. As a manifestation of its inertness, [Co(NH3)6]Cl3 can be recrystallized unchanged from concentrated hydrochloric acid: the NH3 is so tightly bound to the Co(III) centers that it does not dissociate to allow its protonation.[2] In contrast, labile metal ammine complexes, such as [Ni(NH3)6]Cl2, react rapidly with acids, reflecting the lability of the Ni(II)–NH3 bonds. Upon heating, hexamminecobalt(III) begins to lose some of its ammine ligands, eventually producing a stronger oxidant.
The chloride ions in [Co(NH3)6]Cl3 can be exchanged with a variety of other anions such as nitrate, bromide, iodide, sulfamate to afford the corresponding [Co(NH3)6]X3 derivative. Such salts are orange or bright yellow and display varying degrees of water solubility. The chloride ion can be also exchanged with more complex anions such as the hexathiocyanatochromate(III), yielding a pink compound with formula [Co(NH3)6] [Cr(SCN)6], or the ferricyanide ion.[citation needed]
Preparation
[Co(NH3)6]Cl3 is prepared by treating cobalt(II) chloride with ammonia and ammonium chloride followed by oxidation. Oxidants include hydrogen peroxide or oxygen in the presence of charcoal catalyst.[2] This salt appears to have been first reported by Fremy.[3]
The acetate salt can be prepared by aerobic oxidation of cobalt(II) acetate, ammonium acetate, and ammonia in methanol.[4] The acetate salt is highly water-soluble to the level of 1.9 M (20 °C), versus 0.26 M for the trichloride.
Uses
[Co(NH3)6]3+ is a component of some structural biology methods (especially for DNA or RNA, where positive ions stabilize tertiary structure of the phosphate backbone), to help solve their structures by X-ray crystallography[5] or by nuclear magnetic resonance.[6] In the biological system, the counterions would more probably be Mg2+, but the heavy atoms of cobalt (or sometimes iridium, as in PDB: 2GIS) provide anomalous scattering to solve the phase problem and produce an electron-density map of the structure.[7]
[Co(NH3)6]3+ is an unusual example of a water-soluble trivalent metal complex and is of utility for charge-shielding applications such as the stabilization of highly negatively charged complexes, such as interactions with and between nucleic acids. The compound induced the transition of DNA structure from the classical B-form to the Z-form.[8]

Mortgage Fraud: The Lies & The Laws

Every homeowner who holds a mortgage actually lives as a tenant in secret fear of foreclosure and eviction. None are prepared for that nightmare.
Avaricious bankers, attorneys, and realtors are to blame for a monstrous fraud that underlies the real estate industry, feeds the foreclosure process, and recycles stolen properties in a Ponzi scheme of fiat inflation, deflation, and bankruptcy that has condemned countless families to homeless poverty.
The bank practices studied concealment and incomplete disclosure of some fine print details in your mortgage loan application; otherwise you probably wouldn't be there, because it is not the bank's money to lend. Federal case law has repeatedly decided that banks cannot loan their own money; they merely act with your permission but without full disclosure to secure a loan from the Treasury Department in your name:
"A National Bank cannot lend its credit or become the guarantor of the of the obligation of another unless it owns or has an interest in the obligation guaranteed especially where it receives no benefits therefrom." Citizens Nat Bank of Cameron v. Good Roads Gravel Co., Tex Civ App 1921, 236 SW 153; and, "National Banks have no power to negotiate loans for others." Pollock v. Lumbermen's Nat Bank of Portland, Or. 1917,168 R. 616, 86 Or. 324, etc.
Instead, during the 3-day rescission period after you apply for a loan, the bank uses your signature and Social Security number to borrow from the Treasury, hypothecates the money manyfold into other investment accounts, refunds the Treasury, balances the books, and profits obscenely while you wait for approval to go into debt with them, then to be billed monthly for decades, and foreclosed upon if you miss a payment. Banks don't risk a penny, but do rob you with a pen. They also immediately pool your Note with thousands of others to form derivative trusts and securities in which there is no trust or security, but buttloads of money. Even if you go bankrupt, they lose nothing because mortgages are insured. The banks are double-dipping several times over.
Yet they never have true Title to your Property, and the physical Note gets lost in the shuffle during subsequent unlawful transactions. The contract is incomplete, written in fictitious language, and it is falsely certified as authentic through MERS, the Mortgage Electronic Registration System.
MERS is used to avoid payment of filing fees due to local governments, and it serves to convey forged notes without authorization, that despite the fact that their website www.mersinc.org states that "the MERS system is not a vehicle for creating and transferring beneficial ownership in mortgage loans, nor does it have beneficial interest in mortgage notes... It has no rights whatsoever for creating or transferring benefic interest in the mortgage loans." MERS is the Mortgagee of record for its members, but the original lender or subsequent party who purchases the note is obliged to retain physical possession of the note.
Note too that some states, e.g., Nevada, are "Title States" where the Title and Note must remain whole. Securitization splits them. If claimants cannot produce the original "wet ink signature" document during litigation, they are failing to mediate in good faith, and do not have equitable standing. See Pasillas v. HSBC Bank USA, 255 P.3d 1281 (2011). And because a mortgage is a security instrument that follows the underlying note, a mortgage assignment cannot be valid unless the physical note is attached. The case of Carpenter v. Longan, 83 US 271, 274 (1872) determined that "[T]he note and mortgage are inseparable... the assignment of the note carries the mortgage with it, while an assignment of the latter alone is a nullity."
Furthermore: under 3 UCC (the Unified Commercial Code), a surrogate signed stamp is not valid as a signature endorsement that permits the exercise of any rights -- including the right to foreclose -- to subsequent holders of the Note. Nor was there a presentment of original documents, required by 3 UCC §202(2). The decision in Vance v. Fields, 172 So. 2d 613 (1965) applies here: "Recordation of an invalid instrument affords no protection to claimants thereunder."
Banks routinely ignore the rules and rulings as they abuse MERS with their corporate shell games, such as for example REMIC (Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit) "MANA Series 2007-82", which was run by HSBC Bank USA and Merryl Lynch Investors, Inc.. The Substitution of Trustee was "robo-signed" by David Perez, "Assistant Vice-President of MERS", followed by a Notice of Default robo-signed by Yvonne S. Belcher. Then Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. converted and altered the Note without authorization, despite which it was endorsed by another robo-signer, "Assistant Vice-President" Larry R. Kern. Fake addresses also were used, such as 2300 Lakeview Parkway, Alpharetta GA; the Google Maps street view shows only trees there. In reality, the senior homeowners were evicted without warning in September 2023.
A FOIA request to the SEC by research specialist Charlotte Fulton in 2010 concerning "IMPAC CMB 2005-5 Trust" revealed another layer of fraud: it never existed! The financiers apparently applied for a REMIC Trust to Security Exchange Commission and were assigned a working CUSIP number, but they didn't complete the application process or pay fees; instead, the CUSIP was used to give the color of law to their business plans.
Attorneys routinely present fraudulent documents to convince courts that they have standing. By doing so, they prevent witnesses and evidence from bringing correctness to the court, and commit these crimes: Unjust Enrichment, 12 USC §5565; Willful Violations, 15 USC §78ff; Misprision of Felony, 18 USC §4; Counterfeiting and Forgery, 18 USC §25; Fraudulent Assignment, 18 USC §47; Deprivation under Color of Law 18 USC §242; False, fictitious, or fraudulent Claims, 18 USC §287; Circulation of Obligation of Expired Corporation, 18 USC §335; Falsifying Documents, 18 USC §472; Extortion, 18 USC §872; Fraud and Conspiracy, 18 USC §1001; False Statements, 18 USC §1014, 26 USC §26, and 31 USC §3729; Frauds and Swindles, 18 USC §1391; Perjury, 18 USC §1621; Constructive Mail & Wire Fraud, 18 USC §1341-1343; False Statements, 26 USC §26 and 31 USC §1729; Misrepresentation, 33 USC §931; and Deprivation of Evidence & Witnesses, 42 USC §1985. They also offend the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act (FDCPA), 15 USC §1692e; the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), 12 USC §1692; the Truth In Lending Act (TILA), 15 USC §1641, and the False Claims Act (FCA), 31 USC §3729, and more.
In Nevada, where this writer lives, the banks, et al., violate NRS 205.105 by "Forgery of instrument purporting to have been issued by corporation or state..."; NRS 205.110, "Uttering forged instruments"; NRS 205.115, "True writing signed by wrongdoer's name or name of person not in existence", and NRS 104.3407, an illegal conversion and unauthorized alteration made to the Note. Such false conveyance of property is a category C felony. Most egregious is their violation of NRS 193.167, "Certain crimes committed against person 60 years of age or older or against vulnerable person", when handicapped elderly homeowners are evicted by such evil means, often to die heartbroken soon after.
The entire process is corrupt, yet little is done about it. Judges and attorneys are however very liable for their collusion under 42 USC §1986 and 18 USC §3: "When a person with authority and power to correct has knowledge of a crime, and when that person neglects, refuses, or fails to prevent, that person thereby aids the crime, and shall be liable to the injured party." 18 USC §1918 adds that Public Officers and Employees who violate their Oath of Office immediately forfeit their Office and their Authority.
These insufferable torts are fatal flaws in contracts that give legal Cause of Action to render the mortgage void, and entitle homeowners to legal remedy, including clear Title, renumeration for incurred expenses, and punitive fines determined by the Court, because "Fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments." U.S. v. Throckmorton, 98 US 61, 65.
Until homeowners unite in class action lawsuits, vampire bankers and their minion lawyers will continue to act with arrogant impunity and apparent immunity as they prosecute many more millions of fraudulent foreclosures. The evicted victims, thus rendered helpless, suffer grievous loss of income, credit, equity, reputation, freedom, mental and physical health, and life itself. But seriously: it behooves every "homeowner" to have a bugout bag or grocery cart ready to go.
