Abstract -- A central problem of geometry is the tiling of space with simple structures. The classical solutions, such as triangles, squares, and hexagons in the plane and cubes and other polyhedra in three-dimensional space are built with sharp corners and flat faces. However, many tilings in Nature are characterized by shapes with curved edges, nonflat faces, and few, if any, sharp corners. An important question is then to relate prototypical sharp tilings to softer natural shapes. Here, we solve this problem by introducing a new class of shapes, the soft cells, minimizing the number of sharp corners and filling space as soft tilings. We prove that an infinite class of polyhedral tilings can be smoothly deformed into soft tilings and we construct the soft versions of all Dirichlet–Voronoi cells associated with point lattices in two and three dimensions. Remarkably, these ideal soft shapes, born out of geometry, are found abundantly in nature, from cells to shells.

Spherical Laser Resonator Achieves 10M Circulations of Light
Technion-Israel Institute of Technology researchers have introduced a laser-resonator design inspired by the work of Arthur Ashkin. Created by graduate student Jacob Kher-Alden under the supervision of Tal Carmon, associate professor and head of the Optomechanics Center at Technion, the floating resonator design achieved 10 million circulations of light.
The resonator is made of a tiny drop of highly transparent oil of about 2 µm in diameter.
Optical resonators are commonly constructed of mirrors, to multiply reflected light. The more mirrors in a system, the closer the resonator’s shape resembles a circle, allowing light to circulate. Creating a spherical structure to allow light to rotate on all planes, passing through the center of the circle regardless of tilt, enabling optimal resonance, has eluded engineers.
In a resonator made of a mirror that can reflect 99.9999% of light, the light will rotate about a million revolutions.
“If we take light that has a power of 1 W, similar to the light of the flash on a cellphone, and we allow it to rotate back and forth between these mirrors, the light power will be amplified to about a million watts — the power equal to the electricity consumption of a large neighborhood in Haifa, Israel. Abstract -- We report lasing of exciton–polaritons in semiconductor microspheres with spherical cavity modes under subpicosecond ultraviolet laser excitation at low temperature. Small bulk crystals of CuCl are melted and formed into fused microspheres with diameters ranging from a few to several tens of micrometers. The threshold for lasing is 1 nJ/pulse, which corresponds to 109 photons/pulse. We found that the biexciton-to-longitudinal-exciton transition is responsible for the lasing.

Abstract -- N,N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT), 5-methoxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine (5-MeO-DMT) and 5-hydroxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine (bufotenine) are psychedelic tryptamines found naturally in both plants and animals and have shown clinical potential to help treat mental disorders, such as anxiety and depression. Advances in both metabolic and genetic engineering make it possible to engineer microbes as cell factories to produce DMT and its aforementioned derivatives to meet demand for ongoing clinical study. Here, we present the development of a biosynthetic production pathway for DMT, 5-MeO-DMT, and bufotenine in the model microbe Escherichia coli. Through the application of genetic optimization techniques and process optimization in benchtop fermenters, the in vivo production of DMT in E. coli was observed. DMT production with tryptophan supplementation reached maximum titers of 74.7 ± 10.5 mg/L under fed batch conditions in a 2-L bioreactor. Additionally, we show the first reported case of de novo production of DMT (from glucose) in E. coli at a maximum titer of 14.0 mg/L and report the first example of microbial 5-MeO-DMT and bufotenine production in vivo. This work provides a starting point for further genetic and fermentation optimization studies with the goal to increase methylated tryptamine production metrics to industrially competitive levels.

Certain traditions believe there is a ‘step-down’ process or condensation that occurs from the Source to our physical self. The CSF is home to many neurotransmitters and signaling molecules providing an elaborate range of biological functions. The CSF utilizes volume transmission and its components can potentially be dispersed quickly and target key brain regulatory centers simultaneously due to its fluid nature. Moreover, along the third ventricle, the pineal gland makes direct contact with the CSF, and releases information directly into the CSF for volume transmission to the rest of the brain. In addition, the CSF contains the ‘spirit molecule’ DMT that is released by the pineal gland. Therefore, the CSF may serve as a vehicle for immediate signaling to major control centers of the brain and may be significant in regulating consciousness and the sense of ‘I Am’.

Abstract -- The Reissner fiber (RF) is an acellular thread positioned in the midline of the central canal that aggregates thanks to the beating of numerous cilia from ependymal radial glial cells (ERGs) generating flow in the central canal of the spinal cord. RF together with cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)-contacting neurons (CSF-cNs) form an axial sensory system detecting curvature. How RF, CSF-cNs and the multitude of motile cilia from ERGs interact in vivo appears critical for maintenance of RF and sensory functions of CSF-cNs to keep a straight body axis, but is not well-understood. Using in vivo imaging in larval zebrafish, we show that RF is under tension and resonates dorsoventrally. Focal RF ablations trigger retraction and relaxation of the fiber’s cut ends, with larger retraction speeds for rostral ablations. We built a mechanical model that estimates RF stress diffusion coefficient D at 5 mm2/s and reveals that tension builds up rostrally along the fiber. After RF ablation, spontaneous CSF-cN activity decreased and ciliary motility changed, suggesting physical interactions between RF and cilia projecting into the central canal. We observed that motile cilia were caudally-tilted and frequently interacted with RF. We propose that the numerous ependymal motile monocilia contribute to RF’s heterogenous tension via weak interactions. Our work demonstrates that under tension, the Reissner fiber dynamically interacts with motile cilia generating CSF flow and spinal sensory neurons.

In this work, we demonstrate the de novo biosynthetic production of psilocybin and related tryptamine derivatives in Saccharomyces cerevisiae by expression of a heterologous biosynthesis pathway sourced from Psilocybe cubensis. Additionally, we achieve improved product titers by supplementing the pathway with a novel cytochrome P450 reductase from P. cubensis. Further rational engineering resulted in a final production strain producing 627 ± 140 mg/L of psilocybin and 580 ± 276 mg/L of the dephosphorylated degradation product psilocin in triplicate controlled fed-batch fermentations in minimal synthetic media. Pathway intermediates baeocystin, nor norbaeocystin as well the dephosphorylated baeocystin degradation product norpsilocin were also detected in strains engineered for psilocybin production. We also demonstrate the biosynthetic production of natural tryptamine derivative aeruginascin as well as the production of a new-to-nature tryptamine derivative N-acetyl-4-hydroxytryptamine. These results lay the foundation for the biotechnological production of psilocybin in a controlled environment for pharmaceutical applications, and provide a starting point for the biosynthetic production of other tryptamine derivatives of therapeutic relevance.

Google: The Hayasaka gyroscope is a gyroscope that loses weight when spun clockwise, as observed from above. The effect was discovered by Japanese physicists Hideo Hayasaka and Sakae Takeuchi in 1989: Hayasaka and Takeuchi observed that the weight of a gyroscope spinning clockwise at 3,000–13,000 RPM could decrease by up to 12 milligrams. The weight loss was proportional to the rotation rate and was only observed when the gyroscope was spun clockwise. The discovery was published in the December 18, 1989 issue of Physical Review Letters in a paper titled "Anomalous Weight Reduction on a Gyroscope's Right Rotations about the Vertical Axis on the Earth".
Replication -- Other teams attempted to replicate the effect, but were unsuccessful. Some suggested that the effect was due to vibration, but no final conclusion was reached.

Abstract -- Each weight change of three spinning mechanical gyroscopes whose rotor’s masses are 140, 175, and 176 g has been measured in inertial rotations without systematic errors. The experiments show that the weight changes on rotations around the vertical axis are completely asymmetrical: The right rotations (spin vector pointing downwards) cause weight decrease of the order of milligrams (weight), proportional to the frequency of rotations at 3 000–13 000 rpm. However, the left rotations do not cause any change in weight.

... T. J. Quinn and A. Picard of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures in Sevres Cedex, France, have repeated the experiment. They find changes in the apparent mass of their gyroscope that depend on the speed and sense of rotation, but they amount to only about 5 per cent of the effect reported by Hayasaka and Takeuchi. Furthermore, the researchers believe their results can be explained by the effects of friction and temperature on their gyroscope (Nature, vol 343, p 732). Jim Faller and his colleagues at the National Institute of Standards and Technology and the University of Colorado, Boulder carried out experiments to test the Japanese claims. They, too, found ‘no anomalous weight changes of the magnitude reported that depend on rotor speed and/or rotational sense.’ (Physical Review Letters, vol 64, p 825).

The Solid State K-capture Generator is a computer controlled system that utilizes the “K-Capture” principle to create electrical energy.
K-capture has been known to give off tremendous amounts of energy but no one had discovered a way to control the energy. The K-capture Generator does this and may prove to be one of the greatest source of energy discovered.
Unshielded, it does emit x-ray particles.
The prototype models (for manufacturing) were expected to produce a constant electrical current of at least 50kw and was predicted to handle surges and heavier loads of over 200kw for one to two hours before it heated up to a temperature that would automatically shut the power off. If this were to occur, there would be no harm sustained by the unit, but would have to be restarted when the unit’s temperature lowers to approximately 60 F.
Most American homes average 5 to 7 kw per day. However, a 100% electrically powered house could have peak usage of up to 35kw. With normal power usage, 50kw could handle from three to ten homes, depending on size and peak demand. Very few small commercial operations would ever require more than 50kw to supply their needs, if more power is required an additional unit or units could be added. Each one would operate as a standby unit and supply the required power without losing power as each one began its operation.
One unit measures approximately 2′ x 2′ x 6′ but can also be made smaller by using a different configuration when fitting the component parts together.
On a standard basis, the unit normally supplies 5kw of AC power and 45kw of DC power. This can be altered by the use of external inverters, transformers, etc.
It is estimated that under normal conditions that the fuel used will last over one-million years. However, since it does use other non moving components, it is expected to have malfunctions in such things as computer controls, diodes, capacitors, etc. When this occurs replacement would be required and the unit would have to be restarted.
Starting the unit requires 120 volts and 400 watts The power available is on an “as needed” basis and if all power was shut-off, there would be no harm to the unit.
The theory herein described is used as a power source by creating a radio nuclide by K-capture.
The process to reach this goal is initiated by producing a high intensity ultra-violet burst to cause an irregular condition where the K electrons in lithium isotope-6, creates a condition where K-capture is possible.
The ultra-violet burst is produced with a nitrogen laser. It has been known for some time that a high voltage discharge and high current electric discharge in nitrogen gas will generate a pulse of coherent radiation at 3,371 angstroms. The laser action encounters an electron moving in the discharge, absorbing its energy. The encounter leaves the molecule in an unstable state. It usually falls to a state of lower energy by emitting a photon at 3,371 angstroms.
The photon may encounter other excited molecules causing them to emit their energy in lock step with the encountering photon. The resulting pulse of radiation has twice the energy of each photon. This is laser action.
The process continues as long as there are excited molecules along the path. The process soon stops because when a large number of molecules are excited, they wil1 begin to cascade at random to lower states of energy.
The numbers of molecules at lower 1evels build up rapidly, eventually exceeding those at upper levels and terminating the amplification.
The laser quickly turns itself off even though there are excited molecules left behind. The turn off time is fast, usually less than ten-nanoseconds.
Inducing laser action in nitrogen is dependent on constructing a mechanism that will instantaneously send a huge current of electrons at high voltage laterally through a column of the gas at a pressure of about 100 torr.
An appropriate switching mechanism that can handle tens of thousands of amperes within nanoseconds turns out to be quite simple both in principle and in construction.
No laser mirrors are needed, the optical gain of the rapid discharge is so large that the emission becomes super-radiant, that laser action takes place without an optical cavity.
Ultraviolet lasers can be scaled to higher powers. A discharge path one meter long will develop an output pu1se of almost one-million watts. Output is emitted from both ends of the column of excited gas, but a mirror at one end will more than double the power at the other end.
K-CAPTURE TECHNICAL INFORMATION
In some instances, where the ratio of neutrons to protons is low, a type of decay has been found to exist. Where a proton is converted to a neutron in the nucleus by the capture of one of the extra nuclear electrons, with a neutrino being formed at the same time. The product of this type of radioactivity would have the same number as its parent, but its atomic number would be one unit lower.
The phenomenon described is referred to as a decay by electron capture. The electron is captured usually from the K level, or first quantum level, for such an electron is likely to be found near the nucleus; consequently, the expression K-electron capture, or K-capture is often employed. Instances of an electron being captured from the second quantum level, or L level, is not unknown although they are not common. The possibility of electron capture was predicted by the Japanese mathematical physicists H. Yukawa and S. Sakata in 1936. Proof of its reality was obtained in the United States by L. W. Alvarez in 1938.
The detection of K-capture is dependent on the fact that the removal of a K-electron leaves a hole in the K quantum level. An electron from a higher quanta level will move in to fill the position, with the excess energy being emitted as a characteristic X-ray. Since K-capture precedes the electrons’ transition and the emission of X rays, the X-ray will be the characteristic of the product nucleus with an atomic number one unit less. A case of this is Vanadium Isotope-49. The decay was found to be accompanied by the characteristic X-rays of the K series of the element of titanium. It is evident that Vanadium-49 decays by K-capture.
When a Lithium-6 atom encounters an ultraviolet photon adding enough energy to cause a K-capture, its atomic number is changed and becomes a Helium-6 atom. Helium-6 is a radio nuclide having a beta emission of 3.58 MeV. No other radiation is present except for a characteristic X-ray of Helium.
Beta particles are captured in a magnetic field and stored in a capacitor bank before using their energy to do work.
The number of reactions needed to produce a sizeable current flow is small.
In the terms of energy needs, the usefulness of this process is clear.
Bruce A. Perreault edited this article for clarity. He has not seen this device working. However, he did speak with a person at the 1998 Exotic Research Conference from Utah who had claimed to have built this type of device with a few of his associates. This guy stated that they did not know how to convert the x-rays to electricity. He said that the device was very dangerous and hard to control. Mortgage Fraud: The Lies & The Laws

Every homeowner who holds a mortgage actually lives as a tenant in secret fear of foreclosure and eviction. None are prepared for that nightmare.
Avaricious bankers, attorneys, and realtors are to blame for a monstrous fraud that underlies the real estate industry, feeds the foreclosure process, and recycles stolen properties in a Ponzi scheme of fiat inflation, deflation, and bankruptcy that has condemned countless families to homeless poverty.
The bank practices studied concealment and incomplete disclosure of some fine print details in your mortgage loan application; otherwise you probably wouldn't be there, because it is not the bank's money to lend. Federal case law has repeatedly decided that banks cannot loan their own money; they merely act with your permission but without full disclosure to secure a loan from the Treasury Department in your name:
"A National Bank cannot lend its credit or become the guarantor of the of the obligation of another unless it owns or has an interest in the obligation guaranteed especially where it receives no benefits therefrom." Citizens Nat Bank of Cameron v. Good Roads Gravel Co., Tex Civ App 1921, 236 SW 153; and, "National Banks have no power to negotiate loans for others." Pollock v. Lumbermen's Nat Bank of Portland, Or. 1917,168 R. 616, 86 Or. 324, etc.
Instead, during the 3-day rescission period after you apply for a loan, the bank uses your signature and Social Security number to borrow from the Treasury, hypothecates the money manyfold into other investment accounts, refunds the Treasury, balances the books, and profits obscenely while you wait for approval to go into debt with them, then to be billed monthly for decades, and foreclosed upon if you miss a payment. Banks don't risk a penny, but do rob you with a pen. They also immediately pool your Note with thousands of others to form derivative trusts and securities in which there is no trust or security, but buttloads of money. Even if you go bankrupt, they lose nothing because mortgages are insured. The banks are double-dipping several times over.
Yet they never have true Title to your Property, and the physical Note gets lost in the shuffle during subsequent unlawful transactions. The contract is incomplete, written in fictitious language, and it is falsely certified as authentic through MERS, the Mortgage Electronic Registration System.
MERS is used to avoid payment of filing fees due to local governments, and it serves to convey forged notes without authorization, that despite the fact that their website www.mersinc.org states that "the MERS system is not a vehicle for creating and transferring beneficial ownership in mortgage loans, nor does it have beneficial interest in mortgage notes... It has no rights whatsoever for creating or transferring benefic interest in the mortgage loans." MERS is the Mortgagee of record for its members, but the original lender or subsequent party who purchases the note is obliged to retain physical possession of the note.
Note too that some states, e.g., Nevada, are "Title States" where the Title and Note must remain whole. Securitization splits them. If claimants cannot produce the original "wet ink signature" document during litigation, they are failing to mediate in good faith, and do not have equitable standing. See Pasillas v. HSBC Bank USA, 255 P.3d 1281 (2011). And because a mortgage is a security instrument that follows the underlying note, a mortgage assignment cannot be valid unless the physical note is attached. The case of Carpenter v. Longan, 83 US 271, 274 (1872) determined that "[T]he note and mortgage are inseparable... the assignment of the note carries the mortgage with it, while an assignment of the latter alone is a nullity."
Furthermore: under 3 UCC (the Unified Commercial Code), a surrogate signed stamp is not valid as a signature endorsement that permits the exercise of any rights -- including the right to foreclose -- to subsequent holders of the Note. Nor was there a presentment of original documents, required by 3 UCC §202(2). The decision in Vance v. Fields, 172 So. 2d 613 (1965) applies here: "Recordation of an invalid instrument affords no protection to claimants thereunder."
Banks routinely ignore the rules and rulings as they abuse MERS with their corporate shell games, such as for example REMIC (Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit) "MANA Series 2007-82", which was run by HSBC Bank USA and Merryl Lynch Investors, Inc.. The Substitution of Trustee was "robo-signed" by David Perez, "Assistant Vice-President of MERS", followed by a Notice of Default robo-signed by Yvonne S. Belcher. Then Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. converted and altered the Note without authorization, despite which it was endorsed by another robo-signer, "Assistant Vice-President" Larry R. Kern. Fake addresses also were used, such as 2300 Lakeview Parkway, Alpharetta GA; the Google Maps street view shows only trees there. In reality, the senior homeowners were evicted without warning in September 2023.
A FOIA request to the SEC by research specialist Charlotte Fulton in 2010 concerning "IMPAC CMB 2005-5 Trust" revealed another layer of fraud: it never existed! The financiers apparently applied for a REMIC Trust to Security Exchange Commission and were assigned a working CUSIP number, but they didn't complete the application process or pay fees; instead, the CUSIP was used to give the color of law to their business plans.

In Nevada, where this writer lives, the banks, et al., violate NRS 205.105 by "Forgery of instrument purporting to have been issued by corporation or state..."; NRS 205.110, "Uttering forged instruments"; NRS 205.115, "True writing signed by wrongdoer's name or name of person not in existence", and NRS 104.3407, an illegal conversion and unauthorized alteration made to the Note. Such false conveyance of property is a category C felony. Most egregious is their violation of NRS 193.167, "Certain crimes committed against person 60 years of age or older or against vulnerable person", when handicapped elderly homeowners are evicted by such evil means, often to die heartbroken soon after.
The entire process is corrupt, yet little is done about it. Judges and attorneys are however very liable for their collusion under 42 USC §1986 and 18 USC §3: "When a person with authority and power to correct has knowledge of a crime, and when that person neglects, refuses, or fails to prevent, that person thereby aids the crime, and shall be liable to the injured party." 18 USC §1918 adds that Public Officers and Employees who violate their Oath of Office immediately forfeit their Office and their Authority.
These insufferable torts are fatal flaws in contracts that give legal Cause of Action to render the mortgage void, and entitle homeowners to legal remedy, including clear Title, renumeration for incurred expenses, and punitive fines determined by the Court, because "Fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments." U.S. v. Throckmorton, 98 US 61, 65.
Until homeowners unite in class action lawsuits, vampire bankers and their minion lawyers will continue to act with arrogant impunity and apparent immunity as they prosecute many more millions of fraudulent foreclosures. The evicted victims, thus rendered helpless, suffer grievous loss of income, credit, equity, reputation, freedom, mental and physical health, and life itself. But seriously: it behooves every "homeowner" to have a bugout bag or grocery cart ready to go.
