Successful bone regeneration using stem cells derived from fatty tissue
An Osaka Metropolitan University team has used stem cells extracted from adipose, the body’s fatty tissue, to treat spine fractures in rats similar to those caused by osteoporosis in humans. These cells offer the advantages of being easy to collect, even from elderly individuals, and causing little stress to the body, suggesting a non-invasive way of treating bone diseases....
An Osaka Metropolitan University-led research team involving Graduate School of Medicine student Yuta Sawada and Dr. Shinji Takahashi focused on ADSCs for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures. The ADSCs were developed into bone-differentiated spheroids and combined with β-tricalcium phosphate, a material widely used for bone reconstruction, to successfully treat rats with spinal fractures.
Bone regeneration and strength were significantly improved in rats transplanted with the complex. They also found that the genes involved in bone formation and regeneration were also activated...

Magnetic Resonance Gain // Joel Lagace
In this video, I demonstrate a custom-built Magnetic Resonance Amp based on a single-transistor Joule Thief topology, but with a major twist: the bias resistor has been replaced with a high-impedance air cell, creating a dynamic negative resistance effect that enables both oscillation and energy recovery. This system charges a "dead" AA battery (initially ~400mV) while lighting an LED and emitting a strong AM tone at ~533 kHz — all sustained by a battery that previously couldn't power a single LED...

Liquid-based system stores solar energy, generates hydrogen without power
A new approach mimics photosynthesis by storing sunlight first and producing hydrogen later in complete darkness... The research team built their system from two inexpensive, off-the-shelf materials. The first is graphitic carbon nitride, a yellow powder that can absorb visible light and act as a photocatalyst.
The second is ammonium metatungstate, a cluster of tungsten and oxygen atoms that can accept and hold multiple electrons, much like a tiny rechargeable battery. The process happens in water with a small amount of methanol added. Methanol plays a crucial role by soaking up the “positive charges” created when light hits the carbon nitride. This prevents electrons from quickly recombining and disappearing, allowing them to be stored instead. As a result, the system does not split pure water and needs methanol as a sacrificial helper. When the carbon nitride is illuminated with blue light, it generates pairs of electrons and holes. The electrons quickly jump into nearby tungsten clusters. As more electrons accumulate, the solution visibly changes color from pale yellow to deep blue — a clear sign that tungsten atoms are being reduced from a +6 to a +5 charge state and that solar energy is now chemically stored...

Solar Energy Storage in Polyoxometalate for On-Demand Hydrogen Transportation and Evolution
Xiaoyu Dong, et al.
Widespread application of solar-driven hydrogen production is hindered by critical limitations: the inherent safety risks of high-pressure H2 storage/transport, and the intermittent nature of solar energy. To address these challenges, we develop a solar energy storage and on-demand hydrogen production system by synergistically integrating commercial polyoxometalate (NH4)6H2W12O40 (W12) with graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4). This system demonstrates remarkable efficiency in storing solar energy as electrons within W12 during illumination. These stored electrons can be released on demand in the dark through Pt/C activation to produce H2, achieving a highly efficient hydrogen evolution rate of 3220 µmol g−1 h−1 under dark photocatalytic conditions. Notably, the system maintains robust performance under real-world conditions, delivering an outdoor hydrogen evolution rate of 954 µmol g−1 h−1 under natural sunlight irradiation. Detailed analysis reveals an optimized electron storage-release pathway, facilitated by the favorable alignment between the reduction potential of W12 and the band structure of g-C3N4, as well as the electrostatic self-assembly driven by oppositely charged g-C3N4 and W12. In this system, solar energy is facilely stored as stabilized electrons within the POM-semiconductor suspension, which can then be efficiently transported to light-deficient environments and controllably released for on-demand hydrogen evolution.

Nanomaterial-induced mitochondrial biogenesis enhances intercellular mitochondrial transfer efficiency
John Soukar et al
Abstract -- Intercellular mitochondrial transfer, the spontaneous exchange of mitochondria between cells, is a recently described phenomenon crucial for cellular repair, regeneration, and disease management. Enhancing this natural process holds promise for developing novel therapies targeting diseases associated with mitochondrial dysfunction. Here, we introduce a nanomaterial-based approach employing molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nanoflowers with atomic-scale vacancies to stimulate mitochondrial biogenesis in cells to make them mitochondrial biofactories. Upon cellular uptake, these nanoflowers result in a two-fold increase in mitochondrial mass and enhancing mitochondrial transfer to recipient cells by several-fold. This enhanced efficiency of transfer significantly improves mitochondrial respiratory capacity and adenosine triphosphate production in recipient cells under physiological conditions. In cellular models of mitochondrial and cellular damage, MoS2 enhanced mitochondrial transfer achieved remarkable restoration of cell function. This proof-of-concept study demonstrates that nanomaterial-boosted intercellular mitochondrial transfer can enhance cell survivability and function under diseased conditions, offering a promising strategy for treating mitochondrial dysfunction-related diseases...

Kilogram Flash Joule Heating Synthesis with an Arc Welder
Lucas Eddy , et al
Flash Joule heating has been used as a versatile solid-state synthesis method in the production of a wide range of products, including organic, inorganic, and ceramic products. Conventional flash Joule heating systems are large and customized, presenting significant barriers in the cost of assembly, the expertise needed to operate, and attaining uniformity of results between different systems. Even laboratory-scale flash Joule heating systems struggle to operate above 10-gram capacity, and they suffer poor temperature controllability. We present here the use of commercial off-the-shelf arc welders as a superior alternative to standard flash Joule heating systems due to their low cost ($120), ease of use, compact size, high temperature controllability, and tunability. We demonstrate gram-scale synthesis of a variety of organic and ceramic species using these systems. With the addition of a new reactor configuration for only $260, we scale up synthesis of these products to record rates for laboratory scale, achieving a production rate of 3 kg/h for graphene, and kg/day production rates for SiC, carbon nanotubes, SnSe2, and SnS¬2.

Guy Obolensky and his Tesla Frequency Chamber | The Man Who Infused Malcolm Bendall with Plasmoids // Alchemical Science
Recently, some new information and inside coverage of the rather mysterious ex-weapons scientist Guy Obolensky and his frequency or plasmoid healing chamber, variously named The Faser chamber, Teslatron, Tesla Healing Machine, or Plasmoid Infusion Chamber was released.
This chamber is of course based on the same technology as Nikola Tesla’s healing chamber of the same names.
Malcolm Bendall has made some pretty wild statements about his Plasmoid Infusion in the past, and people have either been fascinated, often asking how they could infuse themselves or alternatively thought the whole thing was a bit sci fi and mad to be real.
The new articles that have recently been released on medium by the account Adam, tell the story of anothers experience in the chamber and he actually provides some incredible photographs of the chamber when active, which were taken for the film they were there to document for “Eternal Youth” - and for which the photographer supposedly sacrificed several iPhones to the machines arcing plasma tendrils, attempting to capture.
It turns out many people experienced what it was like to be in Guy Obelinkis chamber, although few have told their tale before now. We are going to take a look at these stories in this video.

US6592611 -- Violation of time reversal invariance in living tissueAbstract -- The present invention provides for a device, a method, and a treatment system for chronic disease conditions. The present invention was designed using the theoretical concepts of Quantum Biology. The principles of operation are based on the device's ability to stimulate a Bose-Einstein condensate and excitation of Frolich resonance in living tissue The wavenumbers necessary for this excitation are derived from the solution to the equations for optical phonon scattering in living tissue generated by optical photon excitation. The establishment of this degeneracy condition induces a super conducting state in the tissue. This super conducting state facilitates DNA replication, transcription and translation, thereby allowing the proper formation or regeneration of healthy tissue. This superconducting state provides the conditions necessary for establishing the violation of time reversal invariance in living tissue... The present invention is for a violation of time reversal invariance in living tissue... This is a non-invasive technique for the treatment of numerous chronic diseases and conditions, primarily arthritis, chronic pain from injuries, and wound healing, such as bed sores, decubitus, and diabetic ulcers...
Inventor: ZAWADA ROBERT
Electromagnetic frequencies excite ordered water around proteins at about 10<->Hz. The present invention is based upon excitation of the Frohlich resonant frequencies in human tissue. Resonant energy transfer, generated by photon excitation at specific wavelengths of 655 nm and 1060 nm generate Brillouin scattered phonons at 0.424*10<11 >Hz and 0.262*10<11 >Hz, respectively. These frequencies establish a Bose-Einstein condensate within the living tissue... The dimensional resonance of DNA is also known to be 34 Å/21 Å≈1.618 for efficient energy transfer from the golden mean ratio. 655 nm is also the main absorption band of Heat Shock Protein 47 (HSP47), which is the chaperon for collagen synthesis. The use of multiple wavelengths at the golden mean ratio provide a synergistic effectiveness...
The Frohlich resonance of ordered water around proteins is ≈10<14 >Hz. The optical excitations at 655 nm and 1060 nm both provide excitation in this band...
Excitations at a frequency of 10<14 >Hz, excites the water surrounding the protein structure and a frequency of 10<14 >Hz, excites water in the core of the protein structure of the microtubules.
This in turn generates a collective and cooperative behavior of a great number of the constituents, known in Quantum Mechanics as the degeneracy state, or multiples of identical quantum numbers.
This can then be associated with a non-local long range order, in which information is transmitted in the superconducting state.
This long range transfer is established through longitudinal electric modes in the microtubules and generates a single quantum state.
If energy is fed into these modes and transferred to other degrees of freedom, then a stationary state will be reached where the energy content of the electric mode is larger than thermal equilibrium.
A coherent electric wave is then channeled into a single mode.
The local vibrations of the cell membrane then create a positive and negative part of particular sections of the membrane that vibrate against each other leading to an oscillating electric dipole frequency of the order of 10<11 >Hz....
The force constant for dangling N-H bonds, such as that seen in nucleotide base pairs, is 8.955*10<13>;≈10<14>, which coincides with the Frohlich resonance in water, similar to the Meissner effect.
The [nu]3 Raman resonance in water of 2.77[mu] generates dipoles which in turn create ordered states. 2.77[mu] coincides with the second harmonic golden mean overtone of the applied optical radiation at a wavelength of 1060 nm... The ordered water in microtubules then establishes Frohlich resonances from dipole and Vander Waal forces, creating a Bose-Einstein condensate, non-local communication throughout microtubules, and a re-coherence of cellular state...

Synergistic Coupling of Host and Electrolyte Achieving 1270 Wh L−1 in Anode-Free Lithium Metal Batteries
Dong-Yeob Han, et al
Abstract -- Anode-free lithium metal batteries (LMBs) represent a promising avenue for maximizing energy density by eliminating excess lithium (Li), yet their practical implementation is impeded by limited Li reversibility and pronounced interfacial instability. Herein, a synergistic coupling strategy is reported that integrates a highly reversible host (RH) with a rationally designed, carbonate-rich electrolyte (DEL) to concurrently address these fundamental challenges. The RH spontaneously induces the formation of a robust Li2O- and Li3N-rich solid electrolyte interphase via electron transfer, which effectively accommodates Li volume changes and suppresses dendritic growth. Complementarily, DEL, composed of commercially available salts, solvents, and additives, establishes stable electrode-electrolyte interphases at both electrodes. Coin-type anode-free full cells employing the RH-DEL configuration achieve an average Coulombic efficiency of 99.6% and 81.9% capacity retention after 100 cycles at 4.6 mAh cm−2 and 2.3 mA cm−2. Stacked pouch-type full cells further deliver a record volumetric energy density of 1270 Wh L−1 (including packaging) under lean electrolyte (E/C = 2.5 g Ah−1) and a low stack pressure (≈20 kPa). This synergistic approach delineates a practical pathway toward high-energy, long-life anode-free LMBs for advanced energy storage systems.

At Z-Library, our mission is to make knowledge accessible to everyone, everywhere. However, we understand that sometimes our main domains may be unavailable due to technical issues or access restrictions in certain countries. To solve the problem with website accessibility, we are constantly adding new addresses and have developed a desktop application that offers a more stable connection.
Unfortunately, these measures may still not be enough, so today we are introducing a feature that allows you to create custom mirrors of the website — alternative web addresses that provide the same vast collection of books and articles as our main site.
What Are Mirror Websites?
Mirror websites are exact copies of the main Z-Library site, hosted at different web addresses. They ensure that users can always access our resources, even if the primary site is blocked or down. This is especially valuable for students and researchers in regions where access to educational materials is limited or restricted.
Z-Library user mirrors are not just technical solutions—they offer practical benefits for different situations:
Personal or Family Access: Set up a mirror as your own private web address, making it less susceptible to blocking and ensuring your family always has access to educational resources;
University or Organization Mirrors: Educational institutions or organizations can create dedicated mirrors for their students, faculty, or members, guaranteeing reliable access to study materials and research;
Supporting the Community: By hosting a mirror, you help us provide access to Z-Library for anyone who needs it, especially in regions where access may be restricted or unreliable;
Resilience Against Blocking: Custom mirrors diversify access points, making it much harder for knowledge to be censored or interrupted.
How to Add Your Own Mirror Website?
Follow these steps to create your Z-Library mirror:
1. Register Your Domain: Choose any registrar you prefer. Your domain shouldn't contain the words "zlib", "zlibrary", "z-lib", "z-library", or "official".
2. Add Your Domain: Go to special "Mirror Page" and use the “Add domain” button (note: only second-level domains are allowed).
3. Configure DNS: Go to your domain settings and specify the NS servers, which will be displayed next to your added domain.
4. Wait for DNS Propagation: After updating DNS information (usually a few hours, sometimes up to 24 hours), our website will open on your domain.
